Numbers rise as Lancaster trade speaks for itself.
Bull calves to £970 for Blues from Drinkall Bros who sold others to £920. MH & AR Robinson, Holmescales enjoyed their days trade selling the best of their Blues to £960 & £900 with JS Towers & H Kent topping the Angus at £910 & £900. Charolais made up a large proportion of todays entry, with these reaching £880 from Drinkall Bros, £810 for MH & AR Robinson, £800 for Lawson Dairy LTD at 6 week old and £615 for a 3 week old from JH Towers & Son. Black & Whites proved good to sell, reaching £360 from Drinkall Bros or £320 from Wallbank Farms.
Heifers a nice trade, reaching £850 for a Blue from Drinkall Bros, with 9 week old Angus to £810 from Norbreck Genetics. Charolais reached £720 for Drinkall Bros with MH & AR Robinson also passing the £700 mark. 3 week olds reached £530 for Inra 95 for Ivan Slater LTD who sold Angus at the same age to £470.
