North West Auctions conducted the on-site sale at Sinkfall Farm, Barrow in Furness which saw over 450 lots sold with buyers in attendance from Scotland, Wales, Cheshire, and the Isle of Man alongside a large crowd of local sale attendees.

Agricultural items sold to £2500 for a 12ton Chieftain Trailer, £2100, Kelquip Slurry Stirrer, ATV £1450, John Deere 459 Conventional Baler £1050, Trailer £720, Chain Harrows £520, Bale Sledge £400.

Other items of interest included Heavy Duty Yard Gates at £140 each, Self-Locking Feed Barriers £290 each, 1000l Fuel Tank £450, Log Grab 320, Sheep Hay Rack £160, Lamb Creep Feeder £270, Concrete Slats £480, Fork Lift Truck £750.

A feature of the sale was the large selection of builder’s equipment and materials which included a vast array of items of salvage and reclamation interest. Cast iron troughs sold to £600, stone troughs £300, building stone £50/ton, limestone quoins £19 each (for 150), flag stones £140/ton, stone gate posts £80, garden stone troughs £130, cast iron downspouts £200, chimney pots £40.

Additional items included a MF6160 Tractor with Loader selling at £9,500, Iseki Tractor £2050, Landrover Discovery £1200, Ifor Williams Trailer £1300, Keeway Scooter £400, Vauxhall Corsa £400, Grass Rake £400, Bale Carrier £200, Bale Trailer £1200, 3ton Tipping Trailer £580, PZ Hay Bob £550, ATV Trailer £380.
