I just wanted to say I used your auction for the first time today and how impressed I was with the staff at North West Auctions. I was made to feel so welcome and the staff could not have been more helpful. The whole experience from arriving at the loading docks to collecting my paper work from the office was excellent. The coffee was good too. I will be returning very soon and look forward to seeing you all again.
