Kendal Saturday 15/10/11

Posted Tuesday, 18 October 2011, 10.59am

A lovely autumn day of sunshine greeted a large ring of buyers and vendors from the Rough Fell Sheep Breeders Association at Kendal.

A smaller entry of tups than the previous year included a grand selection of quality rams from leading Rough Fell Breeders.
Stephen Dickinson of Troutbeck had the unenviable task of judging a strong championship line-up.  He gave Championship honours to the shearling from GH Capstick & Son, Birkhaw.
