North West Auctions were proud once again to host our spring equine sale, attracting interest from throughout the British Isles as well as from Ireland, with the sale again packed to the rafters and standing room only.
A larger catalogue entry of just shy of 200 donkeys, ponies and horses to suit everyone’s requirements and specifications.
Taking top spot at 5200gns was Hill Side Silver Dollar a much admired two year old silver dapple cob filly. Next call at 2800gns was C.E.S Chips a 16.2hh 2008 born Irish gelding sired by an international Grade A stallion.
Numerous horses sold to 2500gns; firstly being Spot an 8 year old 14.2hh Appaloosa gelding. Next at 2500gns was Law Encounter, a 3 year old 14.2h bay sports horse gelding with plenty more sold in excess of the 2000gns mark.
Shetland ponies peaked at 1200gns for Monkshill Sienna, a 7 year old lemon and white filly at 30 inch.
