North West Auctions offered for sale over 300 lots of machinery at its October Online Machinery Auction which saw a 95% clearance rate achieved; with items selling to customers in Scotland, Ireland, Wales, the Midlands and throughout the North West.
Tractors and vehicles saw 11 on offer selling to a top price of £10,000 for a Ford New Holland 7840 SLE, £9800 achieved for an MF6180 and other tractors selling to £3000 for a Case 885 and a David Brown in restoration condition achieving £1020. Vehicles sold to £5900 for a John Deere 560 Gator, a Kawasaki Mule achieved £4550, Landrover Discovery (spares or repair) £3400 and a Toyota Rav 4 £800.
Machinery sold to £1820 for a Claas 770 tedder, £1260 Major topper, £1220 Teagle straw chopper, £960 West Dural spreader, £880 field aerator and £820 for a Moore direct drill.
Several trailers were forward selling to £2500 for a 14ft Ifor Williams livestock trailer including decks. Heavy duty axels sold to £900 for a 10T axel. Plant trailers achieved £760 for a 12ft Ifor Williams flat bed trailer with a 3T tipping trailer selling at £600.
Livestock equipment sold to £2200 for a Bateson cattle weigh crush, £520 for an IAE hogg feeder, £500 cart trailer, a sheep turnover crate made £330, creep feeder £280, Highland cattle ring feeder £250 and 10ft walk through troughs making £185.
Other items of interest included a transport box achieving £580, fuel tank £500, Childs ATV £500, hydraulic log splitter £470, silage grab £390, ATV round bale carrier £350, sand blaster £310, petrol power washer £260, tractor front weights £155.
