A smaller entry for May, however demand was high and an overall average of £1702.35 was achieved, the quality was superb this month and all vendors must be congratulated on the presentation of all stock. The weather was not favourable for a sale with many farmers detained in the field with drilling or silaging.
However the trade was very consistent from start to finish with a great overall average being achieved. The sale offers great quality milking cows and heifers which suit modern dairying, with width and strength and volumes of milk.
