Machinery Report
The monthly sale at NWA J36 saw a packed yard of entries with over 1800 lots offered for sale and buyers in attendance from throughout the Northern Counties and telephone bidding from Northern Ireland.

A nice entry of machinery and equipment were eagerly bid for with well maintained and seasonal equipment experiencing the keenest bidding.

A Case 5150 Pro 4WD Tractor was the star of the sale finding a new home in Northern Ireland at £12,400, a Ford 3000 (1972) saw bidding interest achieve a final bid of £1350. A Honda 2WD ATW in good condition sold for £1400.

Several well-maintained farmer-owned machinery items drew a large crowd of bidders, top priced of this section was a 20ft Livestock Trailer with sheep decks selling at £2,900, a rear Discharge Muckspreader £2,300, Ifor Williams 12ft Cattle Trailer £2,300, Lely Tedder £1,600, Vicon Spreader £1150, 7T Trailer £1,000, Twin Rota Rake £800, Grass Harrows £700.

Plenty of building machinery, tools, materials and equipment were forward selling to £2,800 for a Mobile Compressor, Ifor Williams Flatbed Trailer £1,350, Plant Trailer £700, Welder/Generator £700, Roofing Slate £550, Crash Barriers £225, Stone Troughs £200.

Livestock equipment sold to £1,200 for an IAE Cattle Crush £390 Sheep Turnover Crate, £340, ATV Trailer £240, Sheep Snacker £220, Lamb Adopter £160 Creep Feeder, £140 Cattle Feed Barriers.

Over 800 lots were sold at the inside auction with there being something for everyone. As always well presented, clean items were keenly bid for with the poorer quality items were much harder to sell.
