SITUATION AND DIRECTIONS
The land is situated to the North of Moresdale Cottage at Lambrigg.
From Junction 37 of the M6, take the A684 towards Sedbergh and take the first left, signposted Lambrigg and Beckfoot. Follow this road for 1.5 miles and turn left, signposted Lambrigg Head and Grayrigg. Follow the signs for Grayrigg until you reach a road to the right which has a ‘Road Closed’ sign. (The road is closed at the railway—the access to the land is from a gateway on the right hand side before the railway).
The land extends to 12.85 acres/5.20 hectares or thereabouts of pasture land, to the North of Moresdale Cottage and has a natural water supply.
