BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency and the Entitlements are included in the sale. The Sellers have claimed the Basic Payment for 2019 and will retain the payment for 2019. Any purchaser/s will be required to abide by the Cross Compliance Regulations until 31st December, 2019.
