Parent Company Announces Plans for the Relocation of Kendal

Our parent company, L & K Group Plc, has just announced it finalising plans which will see the relocation of our Kendal Auction Mart to land at Moss End Farm, just off the motorway at J36.
We are all very excited about this news which could see the new mart and several ancillary business units being completed by early 2012. The existing site at Appleby Road will be sold to the same developer for housing, a mix of local and affordable family homes and work will only start on the site once the new auction and units have been completed.
We will use this 'blog' to keep you all informed of how the plans are progressing once full details are formally announced in mid-october. We welcome your feedback too, so please leave your comments.
