The land is situated at Middleshaw, Old Hutton, approximately 5 miles to the East of Kendal, as shown on the location plan. The land has access via a tracked gateway directly off a council-maintained road.
From Kendal, take the B6254 towards Oxenholme. Continue on this road to Middleshaw and the land will be signposted from the B6254.
