The land is part of Croftlands and has access from the Caton to Quernmore Road and from the drive to Escowbeck.
The land is available for grazing by sheep only from 1st April, 2018 to 31st March, 2019.
The Tenant will be required to sign the normal Farm Business Tenancy and will be responsible for spreading 2 cwts of a suitable compound fertilizer on the land
All tenders must be sent on the tender form available from the Agents to NWA Professional, J36 Rural Auction Centre, Crooklands, Milnthorpe. LA7 7FP, to be received no later than 3.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 27th March, 2018.
BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
The land is registered for Entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme and these will be transferred to the new Tenant so far as the Landlord is able to do so. For full details on this, please contact the Agents. The Entitlements will be transferred at no cost to the Tenant but they will be obliged to claim against them and they will receive the income. This should be taken into account in any tender for the land. When the tenancy comes to an end, the Entitlements will revert to the Landlord or whoever they nominate.
