Mains electricity is connected to the buildings but the purchaser will be responsible for the obtaining and installation of separate supplies to the residential units. A right to enter onto the Vendors’ retained land for that purpose will be granted as part of the contract.
The properties are served by a private water supply which rises at two separate points within the Vendors’ retained land. This supply will be jointly maintained by the five users. As a back-up, the Vendors also commissioned a borehole survey and a copy can be inspected at the Auctioneers office.
