Lancaster Christmas Dairy Champion 2011LANCASTER CHRISTMAS DAIRY SALE

North West Auctions, Lancaster held it’s Christmas Show and Sale of Dairy Cattle which attracted a very large crowd of buyers from throughout the northern counties.   Judging this month was Mr Colin Middleton of Clitheroe who had a strong show presented before him in all 6 classes.  See our video of the Chamion being sold here.  The champion of the day was awarded to a newly calved heifer from W H & J M Robinson, Nook.  New Valley Dondee Mystery sold to a final call of £2,600 to the Judge. 

The day’s top price of £2,750 was paid for Wyresdale Shottle Ruby 2 from M J & H Atkinson, Quernmore selling to M & G Parker, Wennington. 13 cattle made over £2,000 this month with many more very near.
