Kendal Thursday 4/11/10 Store Sheep

An excellent late season entry of 1,500 Store Lambs of all breeds were forward at Kendal on Thursday.

Trade was as dear as ever with, yet again, fresh buyers around the ring.

Hill lambs, in particular, were dearer on the day. Lambs topped at £62.50 for quality Texel x lambs from Coward Brothers of Kirkby Hall. Due to demand there will another sale of Store Lambs at Kendal next Thursday 11th November.
